Will vinyl stick to plastidip.

I just dipped my motorcycle tanks and want to put my tank pads back on but they are not sticking. Plasti dip camo is available in 11 oz. Plasti dip does not contain any polyvinylchloride or any other vinyl resins. If you have been trying to decide check this out and hopefully it helps.
